Otter Tail County Graphic Information Systems for Lake Associations

The Otter Tail County (OTC) Department of Graphic Information Systems (GIS) has provided an interface to County maps that is extremely useful to include in Lake Association directories.

The interface is comprehensive and powerful offering multiple opportunities to, among numerous other things, viewing maps and map segments.  Users will find that when viewing the screens they will see many options and selections.  This may appear overwhelming.  Most of these choices can be ignored.  These instructions are meant to provide simple and direct steps to obtaining specific results, using only those options and selections necessary.  When these instructions are followed precisely, users will easily navigate the interface without any problems.  If a problem does occur or the desired results are not obtained, the user needs only to back out of the session and start over.  This is easily done by just pressing F5.  Please let me know if you would like advanced education on using the interface or if I can answer any questions for you
